Start-up Assistance



When you purchase one of our hot-tubs, we offer a start-up assistance program that will allow you to understand and make an optimal use of your spa.

We have a demonstration room in store with a spa in operation that will allow us to explain the entire start-up assistance process, to make the necessary demonstrations and to let you practice, however, if it is not possible for you to come to our store, we are available to go to your home and provide you with the necessary explanations related to the start-up.

The start-up assistance program includes:

  • The features of the dial of your hot tub

  • The general operation and programming

  • The importance of flow on a daily basis

  • The importance of filtration and filter cleaning

  • The cleaning of the hot tub surfaces

  • The importance of the water chemistry

  • The chemicals

  • The emptying and refilling (when and why to do it).
