Pool, Spa and Swim Spa Maintenance

SPA VALLET

1,199$ + tax  for 3 months (travel is also included outside of the Greater Moncton if we have more than 1 customer in the same area)

A Spa Valet always starts with a Clean-Up.

(Weather permitting during winter months)

SPA VALLET SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Spa Clean-up
  • Testing the Water
  • Adjusting the Chemicals as Required
  • Emptying the Skimmer basket
  • Cleaning the Filter
  • Cleaning the water line
  • Verifying the Operation of Equipment
  • Adding all necessary chemicals needed
  • New filter if needed (only for BullFrog and Hydropool Brands)

ASKING TO THE OWNER, PLEASE:

  • Maintain the water level to properly service the spa
  • Provide safe access to the spa including access through gates, and the proper restraint of pets
  • Ensure that equipment remains in sound working condition

Cleaning and maintenance services do not guarantee equipment will operate without failure.

We always guarantee clear water, except in the event of a power failure, equipment failure, customer neglect that leads to dirty water, or the existence of phosphates in the water.

The customer is responsible for keeping their spa area safe, including non-skid decking, proper fencing and gates and accepts all responsibility for any injury resulting.

The sidewalks and around the spa must be cleared of snow to give access for service.

Our goal is to perform maintenance on the same day of the week at each interval to ensure consistency. A 24 hours notice will given if an alternate service day is necessary based on availability. Service will be performed the following day of a holiday.

#1 PACKAGE WEEKLY MAINTENANCE (16 visits)    $2,199+ tax

#2 PACKAGE WEEKLY MAINTENANCE (12 visits $1,799+ tax

WEEKLY POOL SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Testing the water
  • Adding all necessary chemicals needed
  • Emptying the Skimmer and Pump Baskets
  • Cleaning the Automatic Cleaner Bags and Filter Screens
  • Brushing the Pool Walls
  • Skimming the Pool Surface
  • Vacuuming or using the Leaf Master
  • Backwashing or rince the Filters Monthly or if needed
  • Verifying the Operation of Equipment

 ASKING TO THE OWNER, PLEASE:

  • Maintain the water level to properly service the pool
  • Provide safe access to the pool including access through gates, and the proper restraint of pets
  • Ensure that equipment remains in sound working condition.

Cleaning and maintenance services do not guarantee the equipment will operate without failure. We always guarantee a clear pool, except in the event of major storms, flooding, power failure, equipment failure, customer neglect that leads to dirty water, or the existence of phosphates in the water.

We are not responsible for the effects of hydrostatic pressure. Water exists in the earth and can, at times, cause liners to float, or concrete or fiberglass pools to pop out of the ground.
