We are looking to fill the position of Service Department Manager for our store, Piscines FunTime Pools & Hot Tubs in Moncton, NB.

 

As Head of the Service Department, your tasks will consist of:

Receive service requests.

Analyze the needs of customers.

Organize a service appointment with the technical team if necessary.

Coordinate services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Estimate and bill the services

Track payments.

 

Qualifications required

• From 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service.

• Be bilingual (French-English), professional and courteous.

• Be very organized.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Like to learn new things and learn quickly.

• Like to solve problems.

• Be able to work under pressure.

• Be reliable.

• Be comfortable with computers and numbers.

 

Salary to be determined based on experience (between $ 15 and $ 22 / hour) and benefits.
