JOB DESCRIPTION
For over 20 years, Piscines FunTime Pools has been offering products and services around swimming pools, spas and swim spas. We have a dynamic and positive team that knows how to have fun while remaining very professional. We rely on a personalized approach and we are committed to providing a more enjoyable experience for our customers and employees. We believe that the quality of our service should match the quality of our product and that is why we are looking for a Super Customer Service Adviser to join our team. By joining our team as a Customer Service Adviser, you will help maximize customer satisfaction (aka lots of smiles), meet wonderful customers, and make their experience one to remember by helping them with the maintenance of their pool and/or spa.

To land this job, here's what you need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills (but an incredible sense of humor would be a great added value);

  • An ability to work with a team;

  • Skills in both official languages;

  • Sales experience would be an asset.

  • Ability to carry heavy loads (up to 45 lbs) would be an asset;


The customer service manager should do the following:

  • Help customers at the store and by phone;

  • Perform swimming pool and spa water analyzes for clients and product advisors;

  • Cash in;

  • Tidy up products and make sure there is no shortage of products on the shelves;

  • Maintain a clean work area;

  • Other special tasks or projects as assigned.
