Great product, Service team was on time respectful, bilingual and delivered the product in a timely manner without damaging my property. The hot tub did arrive with a broken corner panel however a quick email to the sales person and they said "No worries we will get you a new one as soon as we can!"

Very pleased with our experience at FunTime Pools. Aldo listened to what we were looking for and showed us what we wanted. Delivery and setup was prompt and professional. Nick gave us a hands on demo of setting up the water treatment, tub features and adjustments. One jet needed to be reset and Keegan was here the next day to fix it. I readily recommend FunTime!

We have been so disappointed with other pool/spa companies - we have owned several pools and spas in NB and various cities in ON. With the cold here I had an issue with my hot and needed it repaired ASAP. I stopped in to the store and explained and showed my problem with the staff. They got back to me and said they had the part and that I could pick it up. When I thought about it I asked if they could do the repair because I wasn't sure that I could do it correctly and did not want to chance making an error and doing more damage. The service team came to my house and had it up and running very fast. Over the Xmas holidays we found another small problem, a leak in one of the pipes under the hot tub. Again went into the store should the store clerk and they suggested that I email the video to the service dept. so they could under where the leak was. On Tuesday Jan. 2nd received a phone call setting up the service call for Wednesday Jan. 3rd. The tech call me shortly after lunch to say that he was on this way. He got to the house explained what the problem was and the best to repair it. With in 30-45 minutes the job was done and repaired he advised us that the repair would need about 24 hours before we could put water in it. Before he left made sure that we had a heater that we could put underneath the hot tub so that it would freeze overnight. So very impressed with the service, quality and speed of the service. We also have a pool that I will use Fun Time to open and close our pool in the spring and fall.

How Does a Salt Water Hot Tub Work?
Posted:July 6, 2026 Hot Spring Spas' patented salt water sanitization system (found in all three Highlife®, Limelight®, and Hot Spot® Collections) is carefully designed and engineered to create a small, but constant supply of chlorine. This happens with the help of a titanium salt cartridge that generates chlorine when "energized" internal electrodes are combined with salt and water. The small amount of chlorine produced by this process is more than enough to keep the water constantly fresh and contaminant-free, while remaining too low to generate a harsh smell or irritate the eyes or skin. Instead of adding chemicals like chlorine or bromine to your water, you would add salt (made especially for hot tubs) that works with our FreshWater® Salt System to keep your water clean, fresh, and soft. It's the best of both worlds: clean water without the smell or irritation of traditional chlorine-based water.
